Heritage Innovation is striving to inform the community about valuable, innovative activities in the Cultural Heritage sector in Europe.
This page currently features two major initiatives:
Virtual and Smart Cultural Tourism (VSCT) – a one-year S3 Pilot Action for Interregional Innovation in Europe, exploring the needs and shortcomings of European research institutions, companies, regional authorities and cultural institutions such as museums or heritage sites in terms of digital tourism and identifying possible business cases to be further developed.
C4Education – a 2-year Innovation Lab initiative aiming to forward one of the business cases identified within the VSCT-Pilot Action: a B2B Marketplace for digital applications in the field of audiovisual and cultural heritage education and a corresponding Training Platform.
